About Maritza Garcia
I've spent my career redesigning how things work.
Over a decade improving how businesses look, operate, sell, serve customers, and grow — for Fortune 500 companies and growing businesses alike.

The through-line
The tools changed.The job didn't.
Understand the problem. Find the friction. Build something better.
Where it started
Industrial & UX design
I began by designing things people actually use — learning to study people, tasks, and constraints before proposing solutions. That discipline of understanding the problem before building became the foundation for everything that followed.

“Maritza is a detailed oriented person who is excited to dive into a project and become engaged with the team. Her written communication is fantastic, specifically her presentation designs. In addition to packaging solutions, Maritza never hesitated to bring another view to a challenge being faced by the team even if it were outside of packaging.”

Where it grew
Customer experience & business systems
The work expanded from individual experiences into the systems behind them. I began looking beyond screens and touchpoints to understand how customer journeys, workflows, data, teams, and business processes connected — and where friction quietly created lost time, missed opportunities, and weaker outcomes.
Where it is now
Strategy, growth & AI
Today I apply that same business-first approach to growth, positioning, marketing, lead generation, customer experience, business systems, automation, and AI. The tools are broader, but the goal is the same: find what is not working, improve the system, create a stronger result.
